We’ll start in the gardens…
Be greeted to Crown Hill Farm by Missy Singer DuMars with a tour of the farm and see what is in season in the gardens. Learn about how the market gardens are tended with no-till/low-till practices to preserve soil and support delicious, nutrient-rich foods.
Discover the unique vegetable varieties we grow - chosen for flavor, color, joy & regional adaptability. Hear a bit of the rich history of Crown Hill Farm, from its farmhouse to its multiple owners— as varied as what the gardens now grow!

After enjoying the garden tour, visiting the animals and relaxing with our beautiful views, sit down and prepare for your senses to be delighted by delicious foods.
Relax amongst the orchards and grounds surrounded by the sounds of farm life (our chickens, ducks, geese and sheep.)
Chefs Brent & Caitlin give us their expressions of the season, bringing a modern twist their love of local classic flavors. Their passion is immediately clear not just with flavor, but with their eye for beauty— evident on each plate they create.
Espo’s brings us a hearty, approachable style featuring Crown Hill Farm vegetables, eggs and edible delights along with meats, dairy and treats from nearby farm friends.

Take in the beauty of the farm-life atmosphere amongst a community of food lovers as Missy, Brent & Caitlin share about each course in addition to the regional wine pairings chosen for the evening’s meal by Chateau Niagara Winery.

About Espo’s Catering: Chefs Brent and Caitlin Esposito have been proudly serving Western New York for 3 years as caterers and private chefs. Originally located in a commissary kitchen in Kenmore, Brent and Caitlin recently took their business to the next level, moving into a new kitchen and event space located in Tonawanda, New York at 365 Somerville Avenue.
As private chefs, they have graced the homes of many people in the area, with a highlight on local and seasonal ingredients. At their new location, Espos now hosts parties and events in their beautiful space, with accommodations for up to 50 people.
With appearances on The Food Network, Channels 2 and 4, along with pop up dinners at Duende in Silo City and Patina 250 in downtown Buffalo, Brent and Caitlin pride themselves on bringing great Buffalo food to the forefront and representing our wonderful region and city.
