My mom was visiting for a few days and the only night we had ‘free’ without plans with other people was a Monday night. If you live around this area, you know that Monday’s are a TERRIBLE time to go out to eat!
In chatting with a Chef friend about this, she gave me a short list of great places open on Monday and we agreed that compiling a list of these places for reference would be extremely helpful. I can’t promise it will ALWAYS be up-to-date, but I’ll do my best to keep it current!
