Situated in the black land prairie region of northern Central Texas, Crown Hill Farm produces the finest of grass-fed, chemical free, black angus beef. All beef sold to our customers, was born and raised at Crown Hill Farm, where we have had complete control of their diet and health care. We offer custom-processed beef. Custom-processed beef applies to half or whole beef orders. Purchasing beef by the half or whole entitles the customers to choose the cuts of beef they receive. Empty nesters generally want more steaks, while customers with children at home want more ground beef and roasts. Our beef is processed at a USDA inspected facility, dry aged for 21 days, and vacuum sealed for freshness and quality. Delivery charges are dependent upon the location of the buyer in the North and Central Texas region, and will be calculated at the time the order is submitted. UPS shipping charges apply for customers outside of the North & Central Texas region, and will be calculated at the time the order is submitted. Although our processing costs have increased (rather dramatically) recently, we have chosen not to pass this cost increase on to our clients, at least for now. Our beef is priced at $4.60 per pound, based on the hanging weight as calculated by the processor. A deposit of $250.00 is required for all processing orders. |
