Any local bread or flatbread
Any leafy greens you have on hand
Fresh Green chili pepper
Garlic
Yellow Lentils or a can of already cooked canned beans
Tomatoes
Ginger (or ginger paste)
Turmeric
Red Chili powder
Any fresh herbs you have on hand
Yogurt
Any fresh salad greens
Red Onion and White Onion
Cucumber (or pickles)
White Rice (pre-cooked)
Chole Masala spice mix (optional)
